I can barely read Aaron Rupar's posts (he transcribes Q & A from the press to Trump, accompanied by vid clips) without screaming.
The damn press corp asks the STUPIDEST, soft ball, obvious questions. Hell, I could answer them as if I were Trump. They set him up to say EXACTLY what we know he'll say instead of challenging him AT ALL.
Journalistic malpractice. Complicit. #Fail

Here's a question they just asked him:
REPORTER: How soon do you want the Department of Education to be closed?
Why not just ask, "How soon do you want to destroy the rest of what's left of the US, democracy, government, law and order?"
Or, "How soon do you think we'll accept your lies without challenging you?"
How about F'ING GOING AFTER HIS ASS.

@GottaLaff In a past life, I was part of a press pool questioning Chuck Schumer. The journalist before me asked a really good question that Schumer dodged. So I "wasted" my turn saying, "your answer to the last question seemed evasive, so I'll ask it again" and repeated it.
There were audible gasps. Schumer gave me a dirty look that still hurts my eyeballs to recall (sort of like the photo). It was one of my proudest moments, but I could not understand why the actual career professionals there weren't doing the same thing all the fucking time.

I think that the point of @msbellows was that #journalists that he worked with were careerists who settled for content instead of asking for answers.
@flyoverproj @GottaLaff @msbellows Yes, that's understood, I'm just saying the Schumers of the party now are becoming increasingly useless and they need to put the younger people front and center. Schumer just keeps putting his foot in his mouth time after time now that he doesn't have Nancy by his side.

I'm listening to podcasts about all of the outrageous acts that the #POTUS47 administration is perpetrating and it seems that the electorate is too bigoted to elect any person of color or gender for the rest of my life. It's something that I think that #Democrats will have wrangle with.

That would be true in a perfect world. I would think that superdelegates would say as much for public consumption, too. @GottaLaff might know better than I what superdelegates actually think about 2028...if they get a crack at the #WhiteHouse.
