As as ambivert but also audhd, depending on the people, it can be confusing, so I just tell friends, if you wanna talk or not and hang out just let me know and I’ll do the same…

Sometimes the scale of overwhelming can sneak up on different friends, for me as well, sometimes, different people and different topics, SPINs and things can be comforting.
While others can raise anxiety.

Sometimes atmosphere of environment has its own social ecosystem or locus plays in role

@mookie Even as an introvert, I'd like to say that going remote has forced extroverts to do exactly that, for the most part of the day.

Telling them to have a video chat with like-minded people is like telling introverts to find a quiet corner for work. For extroverts, it's not the same as an in-person conversation - pretty much the same as a "quiet corner" in the office does not actually offer solitude to introverts.
