@monsieuricon, doesn't it sounds a bit strange when people are talking not about "woman who stands for XXX", but reducing her just to her race?

Nobody's reducing her "just to her race." She's a long time climate change policy advocate, is highly educated, speaks 4 languages, and will be a great asset for the Green party. And yes, she's black, which is an important event to underscore in a country that is still largely governed by white men.
